• Operated the CEATEC Shanghai Office for two and a half years, continuously funnelling European projects and capital into the Yangtze River Delta.
• Execution assurance: Delivered on-site across five countries within 14 days, providing multilingual simultaneous interpretation, a B2B matchmaking platform, and a real-time media centre.
• Facilitated over 20 follow-up collaborations, including ICE technology licensing, green supply chain joint ventures and dual-direction investment funds.
• Generated 120 million cumulative brand impressions across five European countries and neighbouring regions. The Shanghai office hosted 12 European delegations annually.
