Project Background

• Chinese electric vehicles (EVs) are rapidly gaining popularity in Russia. However, most independent Russian repair shops lack the systematic know-how and integrated diagnostic tools required for Chinese new-energy vehicles. This creates an urgent demand for comprehensive training and after-sales support.

Project Pain Points

• There is an immediate need to shortlist premium diagnostic tools and arrange concrete supplier meetings during the visit.
- A rapid, holistic overview of after-sales frameworks across major Chinese EV brands is required.
• A complete NEV training curriculum must be delivered in Russian within a compressed schedule.

Solutions

• Refined stakeholder briefs to clarify procurement targets and arrange meetings in advance with leading diagnostic equipment manufacturers.
- Negotiated on-site agendas, including guided tours of three brand-authorised after-sales centres and curated B2B sessions with six EV diagnostic and repair tool suppliers.
• Partnered with certified trainers to localise and condense China’s proven NEV curriculum into a three-day Russian-language boot camp comprising hands-on theory and workshop practice, managed end-to-end.

Project Results

We facilitated visits to three OEM after-sales hubs and six diagnostic equipment firms, and delivered a three-day foundational NEV repair course combining classroom theory with live workshop sessions.
